EACC GRAFT INVESTIGATION  AGAINST SONKO TAKES A NEW TWIST AFTER IT EMERGED THAT THE MONEY WAS WIRED TO SONKO BEFORE HE BECOME A GOVERNOR MEANT FOR PAYMENT OF LAND SOLD HE SOLD AT KWALE.🤔🤔

👉 I want to state categorically that Sonko is very clever and if he wanted tender kickback he will not have allowed such money to be wired direct to his back account. Sonko has been in the front line tracking how kidero was receiving kickbacks using his bank account where money was wired to his chief of staff wainaina who will remove his share and forward the rest to kidero family bank account.
My question is: If Sonko is the master behind UNMASKING the money wiring strategy Cartels used to steal billions in city hall how could he use the same trail to get tenders kickback.

✅SONKO and Mr Mwaura were in business before Sonko became a GOVERNOR.
✅Toddy limited got a contract from the National government under ministry of water in KWALE for rehabilitation and expansion of water supply and operation improvement working. piping was supposed to pass through Sonko land. The owner had to buy that land so that he could have access and Sonko could have even sold it at 100million but he sold it at 20Million which was the market value.
The owner of Toddy limited who was doing payment had to make payment via bank account for purposes of record keeping and accountability. The two had a written agreement binding them into that engagement.
The transactions took place before Sonko became a GOVERNOR.

CARTELS USING EACC TO COMPEL SONKO INTO APPOINTING A DEPUTY GOVERNOR SO THAT THEY CAN ELIMINATE HIM.
👉Cartels  have worked out a strategy to use that into forcing Sonko to step aside so that he can Appoint a person of their choice a cartel and especially some one from their tribe because they say Nairobi ni yetu watu wa mlima WAKAMBA hawana mashamba Nairobi.
So they have invested heavily on main stream media, newspapers and Bloggers so as to paint Sonko as corrupt to convince Kenyans onto rejecting Sonko and also to win the heart of the president by using the same scheme compelling Sonko to appointing a deputy GOVERNOR.
If Sonko was stupid to unconstitutionally appoint a deputy GOVERNOR without the parliament having enacted the law stating the procedure of appointing a deputy GOVERNOR. Secondly if Sonko could have given in to their demands ,they will have eliminated him since some of them claim they own this nation and make decisions affecting day to day lives of Kenyans.
👉 A credible source at EACC told Nairobi mini bloggers that the money wired to Sonko account is not linked to tenders as it's even before sonko became a governor but they are under pressure from some big people in government who want the investigators to build a case that will land sonko in court forcing him to step aside.
👉 Preliminary investigation shows that Sonko had nothing to do with bribery since he took the oath of office.Its only that the frustrated big fish in the system want Sonko out of Nairobi and have offered a reward of 50million to anyone who will help them to using this 20million Transaction into fixing sonko .
EACC officials are working under pressure and seeking the President to come to their AID as EACC is slowly being turned into a witch Hunt tool meant to discipline sitting Governors and any leader of senior government officials who fails to comply into their demands eg controlling tenders in their departments or sectors.
👉 The same Cartels wanted to use the KRA tax owed by Nairobi county government to have it used to remove sonko from office but did not have a basis since that's not SONKO'S personal money and sonko has no obligation to see if the county is paying or not .The person to be summoned over KRA tax issue in the county is the county secretary CS and not the governor.
